You can equip your print-apply system with a printer module Avery® DPM or PEM. On our labeling application systems, you just need to tight a few screws (standard drillings), connect the cable on the applicator port, select one of the application modes in the printer's menu and it's done.

Model: PEM

Avery PEM

They are completely similar to the DPM models, also available with widths of 4, 5 and 6 inches, and LH or RH versions. The difference lies in the fact that this is one of the fewest printer modules that is designed to be used inline. This means that, contrasting with the DPM (Dispensing Printer Module) model which will peel off the labels from the liner, the PEM (Print Engine Module) will not peel them off a pull the liner back. Like this, the system can be used together inline with a second printer or with an applicator that is made in way that it will peel off the labels by itself. As you can see in the image, combining two PEM models inline, we can print with two different colors, for example, to print GHS (Globally Harmonized System) labels. In the image, two PEM systems were used because it is intended to obtain a rewinded printed roll, but if it was for print-application, the second module could be a DPM to peel off the labels and deliver them to the tamp pad.
