Maintenance Free and Clean Technology

Hewlett-Packard Technology These TIJ (Thermal Inkjet) printheads from Hewlett-Packard are clean and maintenance-free. You can forget once and for all the clogging problems and cleaning tasks that are so usual for conventional inkjet. The cartridges contain two nozzle rows for redundancy or for double printing with even darker results.

Impressive Resolutions

With resolutions up to 900dpi, the printed texts become very sharp with smooth outlines without aliasing effects whatsoever.

Unbelievable Speeds

These printheads can reach 450 meters per minute, what results in tenths or even hundreds of marked products per hour (depends on the length of the products).

Always at its Best

Put a new cartridge, you get a new printhead. When you change the cartridge, you will have all the nozzles in perfect conditions again.

Side or Top Printing

You can fix the printheads using a mounting bracket for side printing or a mounting bracket for top printing.

Smart Cartridges

Know the exact ink level in the cartridges at any time. Besides informing the controller about the ink level, the printhead also sends cartridge data to the controller, to configure the print parameters automatically depending on the ink type that is being used.

Different Kinds of Ink

There are many types of inks available for problem-free drying on any kind of surface. Besides black ink, there are also other colors like red, blue, green, yellow, white or even invisible (only visible under UV light).

Click-N-Print

No more broken cartridge locks. To remove the cartridge simply pull it up and insert a new one by pushing it down until you hear a click. And you will never again have to replace broken cartridge locks.

Cost per Print is Almost Zero

A single cartridge can easily last for tenths or even hundreds of thousands of prints. Surely, it all depends on the kind of text that you want to print, the configurations and ink type, but normally the costs per prints are a tiny fraction of a cent.

Trident Technology These printheads with Piezoelectric technology from Trident® can produce quality prints at good resolutions.

Print Bigger

Print tall texts with a single printhead, eliminating the print breaks between printheads when their alignment with the product is not perfect.

Few Stops

With an ink capacity that is around ten times superior than a cartridge, there will be less stops to refill the ink tank.

Economic Ink

The price per liter of ink gets even lower than when using cartridges. A single bottle can easily last for hundreds of thousands of prints. Surely, it all depends on the kind of text that you want to print, the configurations and ink type, but normally the costs per prints are a tiny fraction of a cent.

Xaar Technology These printheads with Piezoelectric technology from Xaar® can produce quality prints at good resolutions. Particularly good for grayscales.
